Tidewater Plumbing Co. recently partnered with one of our general contractor partners on an ADA bathroom update for an HOA building in Chapel Hill. The project required relocating the toilet and rerouting the sink plumbing so the bathroom layout could better support accessibility needs and meet the requirements for the updated space.
For this project, our team completed the plumbing rough-in work, including relocating the toilet drain and water supply and rerouting the plumbing for the new sink location. We coordinated with our contractor partner to make sure the plumbing layout was properly set before the next phase of the renovation moved forward.
The rough-in is now complete, and the space is ready for the next phase of work. Once our contractor partner is ready for final fixtures, Tidewater Plumbing Co. will return to complete the trim-out and help bring the bathroom update across the finish line.
